Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All Theatre Noir Blanc products are made-to-order and fulfilled via Printify.
- Production time: 2–7 business days
- US shipping: 3–5 business days after production
- International shipping: 10–20 business days after production
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all of our products are custom made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size or color selected at checkout
- Change of mind
- Personalized or custom products
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item

Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, production may have already begun and we are unable to cancel.
